This Metallic Debris Sensor is an online sensor that detects quantity, size and properties of ferrous and nonferrous
wear debris in the oil. Adopting advanced 3-coil electromagnetic induction principle, integrated with
high-precision signal sampling and processing device, combined with advanced algorithms, it detects
ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic wear particles in real time. It can capture ferromagnetic metal particles
with 40 µm or more and non-magnetic metal (non-ferrous) particles with 150 µm or more, and can complete
wear particle detection and data output through 10 channels.
