Function and Features
A unit that generates super-dry nitrogen (max. dew point -60℃ or below) by connecting utility (compressed)
air from the site.
Prevents condensation by continuously injecting dry nitrogen into reservoir or tank, prevents
ingress of external contaminants through air and removes moisture in lubricating oil.
Prevents oxidation of oil with air (oxygen) by supplying nitrogen.
Application
Lubrication / Hydraulic tanks, Gearboxes, Bearing housings, Oil storage tanks,
and other Reservoirs
Power plant, Petrochemical, Refinery, Steel, Paper, Cement, Military and others
Especially recommend for cooling tower reducers, steam turbine bearings, wind turbines,
and EHC units that are exposed to high moisture.
Benefits
Prevention of equipment failure. Life extension of equipment and lube oil.
Prevention of moisture contamination of lubricating oil, and ingress of contaminated particles
